The Morphmat Method
The Morphmat Method (using the Morphmat), starts with a half-hour introductory session, followed by nine exclusive 15-minute one-on-one personalized sessions with Barrie Robertson, the Morphmat and Morphmat Method founder, director, designer and creator.
By following Barrie's conscious and bespoke guidance and coaching, you, the valued client, will see and feel results by the third week of The Morphmat Method using the Morphmat - with the recommendation that the 15-minute consultations be undertaken twice weekly.
Promising to instill the efficient activation of muscles and ligaments, using the resistance of the hand and footholds, which intensifies the effect of each exercise. The Morphmat Method is done supine (on the back), prone (on the front), and seated on a chair. The Morphmat apparatus provides resistance in any position and allows a safe full body workout.
Used in conjunction with the Morphmat, the program will work on all muscle groups and ligaments, rather than just focus on the core. Barrie encourages the client to integrate their personal regime of exercise between their Morphmat sessions, providing an enjoyable and sustainable part of their daily routine.
